Yankton Trails with my girls.

Where is the coolest place you've ever ridden outside of Sioux Falls?
Mahalo Trail in Idaho for the raw technical descent or Leadville CO. for the beauty.

What do you want FAST members to know about you?
I’ll always listen and truly love riding with everyone.

If you could only drink one kind of drink for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Sip Smith Gin.

What is your favorite piece of riding equipment?
Helmet, it keeps me safe. Never ride without it.

Flats or clipless?
Both.

What is the best tip for someone that wants to start riding a mountain bike?
Just start riding and exploring. You'll meet a lot of good people because mountain bikers, hikers, and runners are good people. Your bike, your gear, your ability doesn’t matter. Just have fun and share the trail.
