Discussion: Recent deposit from IMBA and Sanford. Letter to larger donors for tax purposes.

Conclusion: With recent deposit, current account balance is $29,500. Complete list of donors who require tax letter.

Tuthill update and 2019 plan

Discussion: What’s left to complete Tuthill per “Plan”? Low line sledding hill crossing.

Conclusion: Trail still to be completed on Pasley side. Trail Arts is still the desired contractor to finish this project. Begin discussion with City for contractor funded regrade of lower line sledding hill crossing.

FAST Events Q1 & Q2 2019

Discussion: Frosty Frolics, FAB Winter Summit, Media One Fun Ski, Gear swap, Gear & Bear.

Conclusion: Brad and Bob to lead/sag Frosty Frolics. Adam, Reva, Brad, Clay to attend FAB winter summit. Group to come together for Fun Ski course (depending on conditions). Gear swap is scheduled for April 7.

New board Member

Discussion: FAST board to add 1 spot.

Conclusions: Open discussion on what would be needed. Trail Czar, Chief Fundraiser, Event Leader. Nothing decided at this time.

Tools & Supplies

Discussion: Purchase trailer for tools & supplies.

Conclusion: Group to look at several trailer options. Group to purchase more hand tools.
