Discussion

1 “loop” is complete with access at top and bottom. Moving to cross large ravine and punch out to Pasley. T/A Lodging concerns.

Conclusion: Rain has continued to delay progress. T/A will continue to push through at least Oct. 15th

Budget

Discussion: Tuthill funds are close to goal amount. Still short of goal.

Conclusion: Currently have $25K in the bank, short of goal. Continue to fund raise to meet goal amount.

Fundraising/events

Discussion: Fernson downtown fundraiser, SF Running Club Trail Races, Hill-o-ween, TKMBD.

Conclusions: TKMBD would not happen in 2018 because of moisture, Hill-o-ween would be put off for 2019 due to lack of prep time.

Action Item 1: Arrange Items for raffle, prepare food, coordinate with Fernson.

501c3 Update

Discussion: In the 90-180 day range with the IRS.

Conclusions: IRS is still reviewing FAST’s amended application.

Board Changes

Discussion: Michael Christanson termed out as Treasurer

Conclusion: Clay Austin has officially transitioned from Secretary to Treasurer
