Treasurer's Report 

Discussion: Thad Barnes, Treasurer - Presented in person. 

-Checking account in good standing with all outstanding payments due in process. 

-Separate interest-bearing account being created by Treasurer, Thad Barnes, for fundraising for Great Bear. 

-State filings and renewals up to date, trailer tags to be updated. 

Action Item: Brad Blomberg made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report. The motion was seconded by RP Dezell. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS 

Meeting notes from April approved. Reva to post. 

Trails 

Discussion: Trail Leader assessment. Fall cleanup needs. Fall trail lead meeting or make an ask in Slack to get fall cleanups. Signage. Expansions scheduled. 

Action Items: Ben will find copy and send to Reva for E-Bike Stance 

Great Bear Update 

Discussion: Flagging. RFP Process. Builders. Fundraising.

TKMBD 

Discussion: October 5th, 10 AM – 2 PM. Coverage. Strider raffle. Tent. Invites. 

Action Items: Reva, Working on a card/checklist handlebar number – 3 items to cross off: Single track, downhill, and skills park. Shirts coming.

Misc. 

Discussion: Potential fall meeting with SFPR. Put Tower Park on their list for CIP funding? Second Skills Park? – Under the Riverdale bridge
