Discussion: Thad Barnes presented an update with all finances in good standing.

Member Meeting 

Discussion: 11-13-2024 at The Smoked Culture 

• Agenda – 5:30-7 social, program starting at hard 7, out by 830 

• Food budget - Approved up to $1,000 expenditure, including 5 drink tickets per board member 

• Volunteer of the year – Marshall Reichert 

• Talking points

  • State of the Dirt

  • Volunteer hours and 30-40 days 

  • Trail Lead call out and comms 

  • Trailbot App announcement

The Great Trail Build: Update and Fundraising 

Discussion: IMBA, Volunteer time/material/assets, Hybrid approach 

Action Items: Jim working with Tim H. on flagging 

2025 SD Bike Summit 

Discussion: FAST On Agenda. 

• Motion to approve $1,000 expenditure on event between travel expenses and sponsorship – Approved unanimously 

Trail Needs: 

Discussion: Tabled for next meeting 

Equipment: 

Discussion: Prep for winter and organization. 

Action Items: Jim will lead, maybe next Thursday or Friday. Store batteries, stable, groomer service.
