Meeting Called To Order 

Brad Blomberg, Secretary 

SD Bike Summit 

• Motion for FAST to pay expenses (hotel, gas, etc.) for board attendees. Brad and Ron currently planning to attend. Approved. 

• Brad working through details. 

Treasurer’s Report: 

• Discussion: Thad Barnes presented an update virtually via SLACK. 

Fundraising Update 

• FAST is still working on fundraising for trails at Great Bear

Great Bear IMBA Trail Solutions Call Update 

• Brad, Ben, Ron and Jim on call. 

• Tim Halbakken and Josh Olson from IMBA. 

• IMBA willing to work with in-state contractors and function as a general contractor. Their schedule is basically full for 2025, but they could make room for us. 

• Spring flagging with IMBA is currently confirmed. 

• Motion to make formal ask to IMBA to put proposal together. Approved. Ben will email Tim Halbakken with request. 

SFPR Meeting 12/12/2024 

• Brad, Jim, Ron and Ben in attendance. 

• Brett Kollars, Mike Patten and Josh Johnson from SFPR in attendance. 

• Updated SFPR on Great Bear progress. 

• Discussed potential other build areas north of the falls. 

Trail Lead Meeting 

• Schedule for Q1 2025. 

• Need a new trail lead for Pasley/Riverdale 

• Who can help with Legacy/Dunham? Adam has potential people.
